The hotel was fairly clean & the staff were very gracious, the bed was cozy. The room I had was light and airy. They made my stay memorable! The building itself was new with a lovely garden.

Booked it for 3 days and had a brilliant experience. Staff were polite and we also loved our stay. There also was good parking and lovely pool. Fab location for our plans, being near a train station.

Everything was excellent, exceptional service and very kind staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the standard room which was cosy. The staff did all they can for a warm stay. The beach was nice. They offered us appetising meals, had lots of options to choose from. Pool was heated too.

We greatly enjoyed autumn leaves guest house from the moment we entered. One of the dining options, Huddlestons Butchers, was 15 mins walk away. The hotel was located in front of a train station. Super base for a holiday in Windermere.
